SUSAN ROSATI

CO-FOUNDER, CFO, OPERATIONS CONTROLLER

Susan Rosati is the Chief Financial Officer and Operations Controller at UNW Inc. She is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. Additionally, Ms. Rosati is responsible for managing the Operations team, while creating and supporting strategic financial planning and cash management.

Prior to becoming a part of the UNW executive team, Ms. Rosati served as Vice President and West Region Controller for LandAmerica Financial Group, a leading provider of commercial and residential title insurance and real estate services. In this role, she managed the accounting and loan payoff departments for 5 states with 100+ branches and satellite offices.  Her diversified experience includes financial statement preparation, financial and operational analysis, cash management, performance reporting, internal/external auditing, business support and forecasting.  Additionally, Ms. Rosati has been an Emerging Business consultant for 15+ years, providing a wide range of consulting services to start-up companies in the music, beverage and food manufacturing industries.  Ms. Rosati received her BA in Economics from Colgate University and MS in Accounting from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Susan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York State.
